Payment and Shipping

 

Once a successful payment is received, please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for processing due to high volume of orders. Once a label is printed an email will be sent to the email provided, please be sure to track orders online via usps. Processing time DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS it only includes business days only. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Please make sure you update your PayPal account to make sure address is current on the account. Please allow 2-5 Business days after payment processing for shipping.  Please make sure you update your address on PayPal & enter in the correct shipping information. Once a order ships & you have the incorrect shipping info you will need to contact usps to see what steps you can take to intercept the package. Once you place an order you have 24 hours to contact us to correct the shipping information if it is wrong. If in the even there is an issue with address & we do not receive a response a refund will be issued to the customer.

Wholesale customers - Once a payment is sent, please allow at least three days for order to be processed and shipped. In the event waiting list is created I will follow in which the order the payment was sent. All wholesale customers are required to pay upfront and once order is completed pictures or videos will be sent. Please do not order wholesale for somebody else have that person contact me directly to avoid any problems. Wholesale is at my discretions any problems and you will be removed from my wholesale list. All packages require a signature no exceptions please make sure you send the correct address and update address on PayPal accounts.

Returns & refunds



No returns!!! In the event a package has been misplaced by United States Post Office please contact seller as soon as possible to file a investigation. We are not responsible for any packages handled by mail carriers, Once a tracking number is sent please  track the package daily for shipping updates. No exchanges are accepted for any orders,  in the event a item is damaged accommodations will be made for that customer. Exchanges to switch a item after a purchase is not allowed in any situation. All packages are insured if any case a package is lost a claim must be filed. Please contact me via email for any packages that need to have a claim filed. Once the customer files the claim it will be up to the post office to send a refund upon investigation. Once the refund and investigation is complete a refund will be issued to the customer from the post office.

In the event you do not show to pick up your items or we end up doing a refund for emergency reason a $5 restock fee will be deducted from the full refund amount plus any fees from payment processor company.
